What this tool proves

Explicit URL interpretation

Enter a domain only, without a URL scheme, port, path, credentials, or trailing root dot. Processing is nontransitional UTS #46 with STD3 ASCII rules.

Valid internationalized text can still be visually deceptive

Enter a domain only, without a URL scheme, port, path, credentials, or trailing root dot. Processing is nontransitional UTS #46 with STD3 ASCII rules.

The result shows both domain forms and per-label lengths after a strict round trip. It also states that visual spoofing, DNS, registration, ownership, and reachability were not checked.

Private, bounded URL processing

The operation runs only after you choose it. Input stays in the current browser tab: Tool Swim does not fetch a destination, resolve DNS, test reachability, upload content, save an account preset, or invoke the developer API.

URLs are capped at 8 KiB, query text at 256 KiB, component text at 64 KiB, query lists at 2,000 pairs, each query name or value at 8 KiB, and serialized output at 1 MiB.
