Incident notices and service boundaries
This page records broad Tool Swim incidents and recovery updates. It is a manual public notice, not a live uptime monitor.
No broad incident is posted
If one feature is failing for you, this notice does not guarantee that your request succeeded. Keep the request id, avoid resubmitting a billable call with a new idempotency key, and contact support.
Service areas
Incident updates identify the affected area, user impact, known workaround, and recovery state without exposing customer content.
Website and browser tools
Public pages and the local QR and image-processing workspaces.
Developer API
Authenticated QR execution, rate limits, and credit settlement.
Accounts and dashboard
Sign-in, API keys, saved presets, execution logs, and settings.
Credits and billing
Balances, plan grants, top-ups, checkout, and billing history.
Report an unlisted issue
Include the page or endpoint, approximate time, browser or runtime, and request id when one is available.
Never email API secrets, QR payloads, payment details, or source files. A public incident update will summarize impact without customer data.
