What this tool does

Strict, bounded, local processing

Rules compare the selected cell as text. They do not coerce types, execute formulas, or interpret the value as a program.

Structured rules avoid an evaluation surface

The filter exposes five fixed operations over one exact header. It does not accept JavaScript, SQL, formulas, regular expressions, or a free-form query language.

Matching is case-sensitive and operates on the complete decoded cell value, including intentional whitespace.

The output keeps its original row order

Rows that match are copied in source order with the unchanged header. An empty result still contains the header so the table shape remains clear.
